Batch Screening — How It Works

Step 1: Fill Out the Template

1. Open the downloaded Excel file
2. Go to the "Batch Data" tab
3. Fill in one row per property you want to screen
4. Use the dropdowns for Beds, Baths, Building Type, and Analysis Type — grab the corner to drag-fill multiple rows
5. The Folder Name column is the name you'll give each property's document folder

Step 2: Organize Your Documents

1. Create a parent folder on your computer (e.g. Screening_Docs)
2. Inside it, create one subfolder per property, named exactly matching the Folder Name in your Excel
3. Put all documents for that property in its subfolder (credit reports, bank statements, pay stubs, etc.)

Step 3: ZIP and Upload

1. Right-click the parent folder → Send to → Compressed (zipped) folder
2. Come back to this page
3. Drop (or browse for) both files: your filled Excel and the ZIP
4. Review the preview table — green = documents matched, yellow = no documents found
5. Click "Run Analyses" to process everything
